Privacy Policy
SellerSafe (sellersafe.io) is operated by Global Pioneers LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a subscriber.
What We Collect
Email address — provided when you subscribe to the SellerSafe weekly digest.
Server logs — standard request data (IP address, browser type, referring page) automatically collected by our hosting provider, Vercel. These logs are used for security and debugging, not for marketing.
We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data.
How We Use Your Data
- Weekly digest emails — your email address is used to send you the SellerSafe weekly policy digest.
- Internal subscriber count — we track aggregate subscriber numbers to understand growth. This is never shared externally.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.
Third-Party Services
SellerSafe relies on the following services to operate:
- Supabase (Postgres database) — stores subscriber email addresses.
- Resend — delivers the weekly digest emails.
- Vercel — hosts the website and provides cookieless web analytics.
Each service processes data only as needed to provide its function. We do not use any advertising or tracking platforms.
Cookies and Tracking
SellerSafe does not use cookies for tracking. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual visitors across sessions.
Data Retention
Your email address is stored for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from future mailings. If you want your data fully deleted from our database, email us at the address below and we will process the request within 30 days.
CAN-SPAM Compliance
Every email we send includes:
- Our physical mailing address: Global Pioneers LLC, Concord, NH
- A one-click unsubscribe link
- A clear identification of the message as coming from SellerSafe
Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Port your data to another service

Children's Privacy
SellerSafe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will delete the data immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
